I embarked on making Ottolenghi's Campari and Grapefruit Sorbet, read about my experience!
This blog is to share my love of baking! I want to share my triumphs and my disasters! I decided to write a this blog after watching the movie "Julie & Julia" and seeing how she embarks on a daring project: she vows to prepare all 524 recipes in Julia Childs' landmark cookbook, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking." I will not be working my way through Julia Childs' book, but instead, the book "Sweet" by Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh! This book has 112 recipes, all harder than the next! I am originally from England but moved here to Paris in January of 2014, so I enjoy the delights of french cuisine but am still in love and inspired by my English roots! Of course occasionally I will be sharing some of my personal favourite recipes that are always a showstopper! So please take a look and enjoy me slowly descend into madness and make the hashtag IHATEOTTOLENGHI become more and more relevant (although I love him really!)
